Returns & Refunds Policy

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

3. Time Limits

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We encourage you to check your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is perfect.

4. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Simply contact us at sales@ttlglobalenterprise.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This helps us get the replacement to you as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you and your family.

9. Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
